Trout Springs Winery enjoys giving special attention to detail as only a small vineyard can. Following in the tradition that has made our Trout Hatchery a success, this family owned and operated vineyard releases this limited vintage for your pleasure. Hand-harvested, then lightly pressed, it is warm fermented to extract all the flavors of grapes grown in loamy soil and fed by artesian springs. Finally, this lovely wine is set to rest for eight months aging in French Oak. You will enjoy its hints of currant, plum, raspberry and spice, a compliment to any occasion.
