Each year, Trout Springs Winery makes the trek to Door County to find the finest Montmorency cherry juice available. Using special techniques and giving fine attention to detail, we cool ferment this elixir in stainless steel until perfection is achieved. This "Cherriest of Cherry" will compliment chocolates, Italian cuisine, or may be served as a desert itself.
