This sweet wine is made from hand picked Bartlet and Asian pears grown in our fruit orchard. Juices are extracted and set to cool ferment in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. This delicate wine is best served chilled and can accompany fresh fruits, light desserts, or served as an aperitif.
