Valentine's Dining Event Feb. 17
Of course we're hosting a Valentine's dinner.--we're one of the newspaper's "eight romantic Wisconsin date ideas" (read here)! Join us from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. for a fabulous four-course meal, each course paired with a separate wine. $49.95 per person. Space is limited and seats go fast. Reservations only (call 920-864-7761).
Roasted butternut squash soup, candied pepitas, spiced crème fraîche
Pan-fried trout cake, tossed winter greens, malted vinaigrette
Third Course (Entrée)
Sous-vide tenderloin of beef, pomegranate glace, sauteed shrimp, creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables
Fourth Course (Dessert)
Espresso panna cotta, chocolate sauce, vanilla bean whipped cream

Trout Springs Winery Named 2017 Business Champions of Conservation
For our remarkably successful sustainability practices, the Lake Michigan Stakeholders (LMS) and Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership chose Trout Springs Winery as Business Champions of Conservation for 2017.
We received the award Aug. 11 at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc.
The LMS environmental awards honor those who have demonstrated a commitment to environmental excellence, leadership, and accomplishment in their respective fields.

Trout Springs Winery Sustainability Efforts Lead to Green Certification
For doing our part to keep our winery, vineyard, and trout hatchery as environmentally friendly a as possible, we were granted Green Masters Program Certification from the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council (read more about our sustainability practices here).
